The list above is provided by HOPE Ministries of Elberton, Georgia. HOPE (Helping Overcome Poverty in Elbert County) is an interdenominational ministry supported by multiple organizations and local churches. This ministry provides emergency assistance to Elbert County residents, including utilities, rent, transportation, medical needs. Appointments can be made by voicemail by calling (706) 283-5956. HOPE is located at Francis Asbury Methodist Church (1016 Ruckersville Rd., Elberton, GA 30635).
