Church Survey
Hello Church!
This week we will announce and provide various opportunities for each of you to fill out a detailed survey that we have created in order to give everyone a chance to provide feedback on how our church is doing in terms of what is offered at EFMC for worship and the pursuit of spiritual growth and spiritual formation. You will have the option to fill out a paper survey or do it electronically, and you can provide your name or make it anonymous if you prefer. Our goal is simple, we hope to get specific and detailed feedback so that we can, together, foster an environment that best meets the needs of this body of believers that seek to worship meaningfully, as well as to encourage and assist every member and visitor to pursue real spiritual growth and formation.
Obviously, our spiritual growth and the process of becoming more mature believers is a very personal thing that we must all pursue vigorously, and we are all responsible for that in our own lives. However, the role of the church is to provide the best opportunities for us to thrive in Christian Community, and of course to give ways to learn, grow and worship effectively. Please help us by being prayerful and intentional in your approach to the survey. Provide us with the things that we are doing well and that are important to continue, and of course those things that you believe are not fulfilling our calling to be makers of disciples of Jesus Christ or could be better and more effective in fulfilling our mission.
A lot of time and effort has gone into this survey and we hope that great things will come out of it with your help. Don’t forget that “I am the church, you are the church, WE ARE THE CHURCH – TOGETHER!"
