"Paul’s Secret to Survival"
Philippians 4:10-14, 18-19, NLT
Rev. John Donaldson
Philippians 4:13 (“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”) is often seen as a blanket promise for personal, athletic, or financial success. But is this what Paul was talking about? What he had to say was really much deeper and even more relevant to our daily living. Join us this week as we conclude our series on Paul’s letter to the Philippians.
Blessings,
Pastor John

In the evening service, we are starting a new study with Ray Vander Laan’s Faith Lessons. This one is titled “In the Dust of the Rabbi” and takes us to locations in Galilee and Asia Minor as we continue to see how knowing the geography and historical setting adds to our understanding of the Bible. And note the new time: implementing our own “daylight savings” measure, we are moving the evening service up to 5 pm starting this week.

In order to be prepared to help out our neighbors in times of crisis, the North GA Conference of the Global Methodist Church is trying to form and train Disaster Response teams. If you would like more information on how to be part of such a team, please contact the church office.
